Cancellation

To provide the best possible service and ensure fair scheduling for all clients, we’ve updated our Cancellation Policy:
🔸 24-Hour Notice Required:
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
🔸 Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% fee.
🔶 Appointments that are 15 minutes late or more will be considered a no show.
🔸 No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge.
